Fitness Class - Energize *

Tuesday - 8:00 am

A healthy combination of rhythmic movements

and exercises that will strength, cardio and balance. Bring handweights if you have them!

Taught by Robyn Centrella


Adult Ballet

Tuesday - 7:00 pm & Sunday - 10:00 am

This class includes barre work, center work off

the barre, and movement across the floor. Ballet

is a great workout for the whole body. It improves flexibility, coordination, posture and so much more! 

Join Donna Bonasera on Tuesday evenings and Victoria Mazzarelli every Sunday morning.

Dance for the Love of it! Dance for the Health of it! *

This class was developed by Donna Bonasera. Designed to promote the physical, mental and social health of older adults. All levels welcome.

This class taught by Robyn Centrella applies class Pilates principles to empower and prevent injuries.


Ballet Inspired Body Conditioning Barre Class

Friday - 10:00 am

Taught and created by Victoria Mazzarelli. This class will promote flexibility, coordination and help build strength with flowing and gentle movement. Bring your mat and join us!


Class card may be purchased for $150.00 and is valid for 10 classes.  Single class - $20.00.


*Special rate for Senior morning classes - $5 per class


Senior classes - ages 60 and up.

Body conditioning and adult ballet - ages 15 and up.
